The survey of the average rates for the Implementation of Law on wear has been carried out, most recently:
- RM March 18, 2008 (in Official Gazette No. 75, 29/03/2008)
- By DM June 23, 2008 (in OJ give these n.151 of 30.06.2008)

Following that decision, is distinguished, limited to mortgages, including fixed rate and variable rate, the maximum rate applicable:

• relation to fixed-rate mortgages, 8, 985%
• relation to variable-rate mortgages, 8, 94%
• relation to overdrafts on current account, will instead – more than the amount of 5,000.00 Euros – of 14.805%
